A settting where promising, good men and women are brought to a new magical world on their death. The new, wouldbe heroes, are set free to live their lives anew with the barest minimum of possessions and no information as they see fit. Brought over at the milisecond before their death, they can be placed into a new body or keep the same one. aside from languages, and a little added mental fortitude, no changes are to be made to the lucky slobs unless their race or form dictates it. Ie. a elf lives longer and is pretty-ish, orcs are stronger and stouter, Dwarves ...yada yada. if you have that person enter at child age, then learning their culture's specialized skills are expected. Mercs who need boxcars full of advanced weaponry, bored aliens who watch too much TV, and false heroes who rather kill than snotty princess than save her need not apply.
