Violent Stories

A man retired from a secret government agency, hoped that his time with them was through. Little did he know that an enemy from the past was still on earth.

My thoughts on a couple of things in the news.

A story set in the Pinwheel Universe
Set in the Pinwheel universe, a landing craft on a mission to a remote jungle planet is shot down, the only survivors are the reluctant human pilot, and a wounded Borealan warrior. To his dismay she declares her intentions to complete their mission, if he will give his help willingly or otherwise. Forced to cooperate, the two must overcome their differences if they want to survive.

What do aliens and a geneticist have in common? Survival. That's the most basic instinct of all life, right?

A Tale from the Western Continent
After losing his eyes to a medusa, dark elven assassin Gheeran has a major crisis of faith. No eyesight, no way to ply his trade, no future in his band of cut-throat outcasts - what's a guy like him to do? As it turns out - a lot!

A Story in the Middlebury Chronicles Universe
Bruce and Joni were mentioned in "Just a Sec" by Flavian which expanded the universe of Middlebury invented by Vulgus in "A Chance to Advance". What happened to them? There were a few tantalizing clues. Their story takes place before most of the events in the other tales. How much did their EPOD (Executive Pussy on Demand) journey stage and explain later events?

A contract killer dealing exclusively with cheating spouses.

Part of the Tales of Olympus universe

Perhaps the most powerful creature has ever seen or ever will be seen has arrived in the lands of Greece, and his very existence will change the landscape for everyone on and below Olympus.

If you've never read "Black Lagoon", well, I love it, and I've got every volume. It's a Japanese manga series, you might like it, you might not, there's a lot of violence in it (go figure...) but it gave me the idea for this little story, so I hacked out this a while ago. And now, that warning: this story does have more than a little death and violence... so if that's not your thing, skip this one.

A Retro Team Story
This is a time travel/action adventure/Sci Fi story that has our hero and heroine flitting about from place to place and time to time while killing enemies and trying to stay alive, themselves. It's sometimes slow and sometimes hectic, and sometimes hard to tell who your friends are!
