This is not a happy story. It is about a day that started with a perfect moment, but ended horribly. Please check the codes before you read. It is not a happy story. This is a revised version of my entry in the third SOL writers group showdown. If you do read it, it probably won't surprise you to know that I lost.
After Liam, a cold CEO, sacrifices his wife Evelyn for another, her love dies. She disappears, leaving him in regret. Now, a new storm of vengeance rises as her friend allies with a mysterious figure. In this final game of love and hatred, who will win?
Charlotte Arkan left home to learn the mysteries of magic from her teacher. Twenty years later, she came back, hoping to reunite with her family. This is a story of regret, fear and acceptance of one who have lost everything. It is a love story, but not one most readers would be familiar with.
