Slow Stories

This is a coming of age story. Both of kids and of an organization. Basically, a bunch of school kids form a social organization that becomes a community service organization. They become very important to their town and to the local police. The kids depend a lot on kung fu, especially stick fighting, as they help to rid the schools of the worst of the bullies. There is some rape, but I do not classify that as sex in the normal sense of the word. Five chapters.

Lillian and Ezekiel are friends. On their friends' last camp out after high school, before they all head in different directions, Ezekiel confesses his love for her. The feeling is not mutual, but just since it's the last night before everyone parts, there is SOMETHING that Lillian can give Zeke...as long as they don't wake the whole camp doing it.

Childhood friends looking for true love and ready to start a family deny how perfect a couple they would make together by getting as close as possible. The secret plan to keep from falling into each other's arms - follow the same routine. Re-write so read from the beginning.

Man ends up looking back at his life and the many relationships he saw die due to cheating.
