A while back I created a minor female character in an unmemorable tale. She must have tickled people's fancy because readers started asking me to continue her story. I had no idea how to do that; until a guy who has given me some great ideas, told me about his nephew, a former Ranger. This began as a story within a story and took on its own life. At the end of the first book, I realized my muse had more. The method of writing in which perspective is switched from male to female by chapter is continued. That has been fun and occasionally probably more of a challenge than my skills can handle. It's an exploration of a mature couple as they go through life. It also gives me a chance to write about radio which I enjoy doing as well as writing about. RG
