A new form of bullying is taking place near schools for emotional handicapped and learning disability kids. It's called 'Tweaking the Freaks'. Officer Ray Bentler is assigned to watch at one such school. His neighborhood favorite Amanda Hill, on the way home, is bothered by a group of bullies. They also push down her Mom, Judy. Ray intervenes and their history together begins.

In "Bull Durham," Crash Davis expressed his belief in "the soul, the cock, the pussy, the small of a woman's back," and "long, slow, deep, soft, wet kisses that last three days." This story has all of those things. And baseball!
