After opening a letter from her Daddy just after his death; Mandi decides to find out for herself if the terrible things he said in it were true. Josh had been dreaming for a long time of moving to one of the warmer states. His eye caught one of the ads from a real estate office and he arranged a viewing the following day. When the agent suddenly had to leave on an emergency call, he was left alone with the lady who owned the house.
