Sixteen is the age you can get married. Sixteen is the age you can start working full-time. Sixteen is the age you can ride a moped. Sixteen is the age you can leave home. Of course, there are provisos on pretty much each and every one of these things. WARNING: no sex for the first few chapters!

Little does Matt know how much his life is about to change, and the changes start the day he finds Amber, a pretty redheaded girl trying to escape through his kitchen window. Matt has always had a thing for tall, slim redheads... [Trigger warning: there is discussion of child abuse as Amber explores her past, no graphic descriptions]

When Josh's brother dies, an ancient law binds him to marry the young widow he barely knows — Rebekah, sheltered, silent, and utterly alone. Neither wants this marriage. But duty becomes devotion, and devotion becomes a love neither believed they deserved. From a courtroom vow to a hospital bed to a nursery, His Brother's Wife is a story of obligation transformed into grace — proof that God gives us far more than we deserve
