George, a troubled young man barely existing in the shadow of a tragic mistake, wants only to survive high school. However, his life is upended when a gift from his long-dead father turns out to be the vessel of a powerful Genie, and the woman of his dreams. This is a reimagining of an old story of mine from 2007 called A Beautiful Wish, which is still on this site. It includes a retooled setting with new supporting characters, villains, and love interests. I hope I can do my old work justice.

A sixteen year old boy fleeing Child Protective Services in Missouri, helps a runaway girl about to be picked up by police at the bus station in OKC. They go on a motorcycle ride into the mountains of Arizona where the boy is drawn to a cave in a canyon hidden from the world. Here they find love, mystery, and danger!

Toby Adamson has been best friends with twins Andrew and Natasha Stevenson ever since they met in kindergarten, when they were five years old. Toby was totally in love with Natasha by the time that they reached the age of ten. This part of their story begins in 1966, as the Stevenson family move away from their old home, near Toby's house, to a newly built ranch-style bungalow, near the hamlet of Northolt, in the English Cotswolds. Coincidences and the actions of the malevolent Roasburie family conspired to plague Graham Proctor's love life, beginning with virginal Penelope Roasburie and his attempt to woo her, in which he was successful - well almost... Eventually he began to wonder if he would ever be free of them, and in one way he never was. The tale is VERY long (novel size), and slow moving. When they moved into the house the locals said it was haunted. They didn't believe in ghosts, though, so they ignored the rumors. And nothing happened. Until Halloween. What happened then wasn't so much a ghostly haunt as it was a ghostly suggestion. Did the ghost have unfinished business? Was it sexy unfinished business?
