The biomolecular nanos in their bodies require human blood as fuel, using it to replicate and repair their host. , an immortal teen arrives at her family lakeshore estate for an impromptu summer retreat. Having been caught in traffic, her nanos are demanding fuel. At the family cottage, she gets careless and is seen feeding by a local teen, her fangs in a bag of blood.
