A story in the Home Schooling Series Don Bradley isn't sufficiently qualified to educate his 14 year-old daughter, Della, at home - a situation he sees as desirable in view of her advancing pregnancy, but fortunately, his sister, Celia, is. Trouble is, Celia demands a price, but it's one Don doesn't mind paying.
Mike and his ladies follow a different story line in this version of the Call Me Beth story. This is more than just a variation, and for the most part, a completely different story. This version doesn't have a terminal illness. It concentrates more on relationships between Mike and his daughters, their procreation, and the eventual matings between Mike and his granddaughters. While I generally try to keep some humor in my stories, this one includes lots of girls who like to have fun.
A man discovers an antique Cheval mirror among his deceased aunt's possessions. He has one identical to it at home that once belonged to his mother. He takes it home, and places the two side by side. When he cleans the glass, he notices concentric circles starting in the center of the glass and moving outward, as if a stone had been tossed into a serene pond. He soon discovers many other anomalies that, bend the rules of science and nature.
