Ashley and Paula are roommates. When Paula plans an intervention to get Ashley away from her current boyfriend, something surprising happens. Eventually Ashley sees what her friends are telling her and she takes a renewed interest in Paula's brother.
You know the scenario - a man and a woman who work at the same company and don't care for each other get sent off on a business trip and "something" forces them into physical intimacy. Only, in my story, the wackiest thing happens. You see, the woman is - oh, yeah, I guess I should let you read it. So, go ahead. I won't hover.
Mike and the Energists Story Mike Nevins' life was wonderful, just tenured and promoted at work, a beautiful young fiance but it all suddenly ended on the way to a Valentine's Day dinner/show.
