The ponyboy fetish becomes popular in an international gay men's enclave on the resort coast of Honduras. Older Englishman Martin and his younger black bull Jamaican lover, Felix, have made a ponyboy out of fourteen-year-old Cesar, who they have taken from a Honduras slum.
