This is a direct continuation of "Regrowth." Please read that story first or this one won't make sense. Here, the Brinkley family continues their battles against the bad guys. The main opponents are ISIL (formally known as ISIS), human traffickers, and drug smugglers. Also, the family starts to grow, and they pick up some valuable allies.

Daniel seems to have gotten over the death of his wife to cancer after two years and started to pick up the threads of his political life again, something that once dominated his life to the full. Aunt Marina has just lost her job as a shop assistant, finding that after a lifetime dominated by sibling and sibling offspring care, that she is free to determine her own life, especially when she discovers the person who ruined her is living the good life that she deserved.

In an industrial-fantasy world, the knightly Princess Zofia Tourmaline teams up with the transgender rogues Val and Lizabet to fight against a secret society of depraved slavers, using as much trickery and crime as swordplay. Here, Billy and Jenny continue the battles against the bad guys, this time in Los Angeles. They go after drugs and human trafficking, with an interesting side issue no one expected.

Prince Albert (his mother had a sense of humor) was born in Texas at the time of the War and the Comanche wars. His grandfather taught him to play poker so well that he was a rich man by the time he was an adult. He played poker on ships crossing the Atlantic Ocean and wiped out a gang of pirates in the Mediterranean Sea. That led to being hired to protect shipping from pirates off the coast of China. He was so successful that he wound up owning 10% of a shipping company. 20 chapters.

I was offered the opportunity to write a tribute story to one of my favorite authors, Mickey Spillane. Although the characters are my own, I tried to capture the essence of a Mike Hammer story. I hope you enjoy.
