Jack Witherspoon was a precocious kid, especially when it came to guns. He started out as a farm boy, but had killed his first man by the time he was 13. He became a professional gunslinger and managed to accumulate a big load of gold while he was still young. Later on, he wound up with five wives. The dialog is pretty thick, mostly with the dropped “d” and “g” word endings. I hope you enjoy the story, anyway.
Ken is totally blind, but something very strange happens when he reaches puberty: He starts seeing sex organs. Red is for male, green for female. Then he finds that the new girl Lisa at the blind school has the same kind of vision. They are drawn to each other, and drawn to sexual exploration as they are exposed before each other. They see things both wonderful and not so wonderful that are hidden from the sighted.
A young man falls in love, marries then finds out his wife and friends are not what he thought. They have a loyalty issue. He divorces her and learns to let his anger go and get on with his life with another more special and loyal friend.
Robert needs Dereks help with some house renovations, Cath, his wife has a moody half sister with an attitude. The deal is for Robert to take her moody sibling out, and Robert gets Dereks help for the day. But nothing is ever that simple, certainly when Cath is pulling the strings.
