Being a low-on-the-totem-pole part of the current administration in D.C. was usually a very boring job. Hell, it was a boring life! But once in a while, a lowly bureaucrat found a special benefit among the functions of which he was forced to be a part.

This story is the sequel to "Love Knows No Limits" and a narrative of three people who had to make choices against what they really craved.

What a contrast in living: Dr Bob Raines was a successful surgeon. Georgia Wilson spent her life in a wheel chair as the result of an accident, when she was younger. She took care of herself but it was a constant struggle. They met only after he waved to her, when passing her on the way from his workout. Then one day it was raining and she was in the rain. He stopped and life took a sharp turn for them.
