So, two chapters of my new story have been finished, edited and then screwed up again by me. The first chapter will post Monday morning and the second Friday morning.

I'm putting these two up now to gauge interest in the story. It is completely separate and different from A New Beginning and Beyond.

I was told I needed to put a warning on this book as it might offend some people. I usually don't care about such things, but I take heed from those wiser than I. So here it is. The story is a work of fiction. Anything written in said story that offends you is your problem. If you don't like what is said in the story, and those words somehow offend you, don't read it. Or as my grandfather used to say, "Don't let the door hit you where the good Lord split you". You have been forewarned.

I am currently working on finishing Book 3 of A New Beginning and Beyond. Hopefully, with this little break, I have been refreshed and rejuvenated that work will continue at warp speed. Though I'm realistic and know it's going to take some time before it is completed and then the editing process will begin.

I would like to send a big thanks and get a round of applause from the peanut gallery for the editors. They take the mess that I write and make it legible, then I more than not somehow manage to mess up their excellent work.

I hope that all of you and your loved ones are doing well. Stay safe and healthy.

So writing the two chapters of the new story went faster than I expected. They both are done and going off to be edited. Once that is done, I'll post them and see what the critics have to say.

I've already resumed work on book 3 of A New Beginning. Hopefully this break will allow writing to progress quickly. As much as I'd like to give a time table. Life has a way of screwing those up. So I'll say I'm doing my best.

I know i haven't updated the progress in a while. I'm a bit more than halfway through Book 3. The rest of this month is going to be continuing that work.

When March hits, I'm going to take a pause. Though I'll still be working. This time on a bit of the new idea.

Then I'll get back to Book 3 in April. And maybe I'll post some of the new project to see if it works and y'all are interested.

Merry Christmas to everyone. I hope the fatman who breaks into your house tonight leaves you everything you asked for. Though check your liquor cabinet when you wake up. I hear he's a bit of a lush.

I'm trying to push through and get the next book done for y'all. So wish me luck on that front.

Now onto to what you all want to know. Book three of Barnim's journey is coming along. It's a bit slow. Between real life and researching things to be as accurate as I can, writing goes at its own pace.
