Vital signs

I still got 'em. To those who've written, asking - thank you.

Summer is a bad time for me. I despise the heat, despite being a product of this fetid armpit on the Gulf of Mexico. My employer is adding more 'systems' to my little area of responsibility, and not only that, the guys in the next region over have asked for my particular skillset, as well. Means a lot of miles, lots of nights in a hotel room, far, far from home.

I'm still working on the stories. Dorable, my flighty little muse, has made herself scarce and very moody. Maybe she doesn't like summer either.

Hang on, folks. I'm not dead. I will be posting again soon.

Crack open another one.

Had to open up a new story - a little different, but not TOO different. Just want a couple of people to be happy with meeting each other and and twisting a couple of lives together.

Like most of mine, there's a slow start, then I have to think of interesting things to talk about.

Still alive...

And just posted a chapter of Community Too. It should hit shortly.

In the hopper at the editor's is the first chapter of a new story. It may hit tomorrow or Monday. And I'm midway through a chapter of Serendipity

Ended another one...

Brenda is finished. I tired of seeing the "inactive and incomplete" tag on it, so I wrapped it up.

Now, let's see what's going on with the rest of the stories...

Thank you

The Clitorides awards are out. Community appears in two categories, eighth place as Epic Erotic Story and third place as Best Romantic Story. Additionally, Kimberly 2.0 is ninth place as Best Romantic Story.

My name is at the bottom of the list for Author of the Year. Yeah, tenth place, but hey!, it's on the list.

When I set out on this odyssey, my intention was to write stories like I wanted to read. Since that time, I've found some authors who achieve that goal for me, but I have also found that I gave live to characters that you and I are interested in, and I keep writing because I want to see what happens next.

Seems like it works.

In all of this, I thank you guys, my readers. I run about 98% positive feedback and you guys give me ideas that often find their way into the stories.

Let's see what happens next.
