Folks - Look for the story Retribution by new-to-SOL author, Thornfoote. It should post starting the evening of Monday, August 14. I won't say much except that it is a finished story; I like it; and that it is unusual, funny, and entertaining.

Full disclosure - I was one of several who helped proof and edit.

Try it. Give him feedback - he has a sequel planned if he gets enough encouragement.

The final chapter is set to post tomorrow.

I think most of your questions (even some I danced around) will be answered. If not, let me know. Though, some like planet-wide cleanup and power outages are too big for the scope of this story.

For those of you who download the entire story for off-line reading - corrections for all known errors and typos have been submitted. When chapter 10 posts, you should be able to download a clean version.

Mishka's Nexus finally meets with representatives of the three 'guilty' Nexuses. They begin to learn what happened and why.

Several of you have pointed out typos and other issues. I've fixed them all except those relating to chapter 1. My thanks.

We find that Imp is an empath, and she begins to have dreams that disturb her.

Matilda wants to compare the feel and response of boobs with nipples vs nipples without boobs. The results of the experiment are interesting.

In this chapter we meet The People, refugees who were rescued from a planetary disaster. Tawny is their leader and meets with Mishka's Nexus to request assistance. Sampson and Delilah like her niece.
