Another story is in the works about Von Solon's adventures. Thank you for all the e-mail inquiries and support for another story. The working title is Castaway: Promise Keeper, which will fill in some plot threads that people have asked about. "Book 4" will not be as long as Fearless (#3). I've been working on some other titles but my muse called me back to Castaway.
Thus far, five chapters are written and they have gotten by the proofing of NancyRX and have begun the editing cycle. No release date as of yet.
Thanks for asking about the timing of the next chapter and encouraging me. Yes, the next chapter is with the last editor in my editorial chain.
Again, I want to thank my helpers for all they do.
Christmas season was busy for all of us, including our hard working editors. A number of chapters for Fearless are in the editorial pipeline, so I spent the weekend writing an unrelated short story.
Unlike the weekly scheduled chapter releases for Fearless, I will release this story as soon as it is edited. I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts on the new story, after you get a chance to read it. It's only about 13 pages long.
Thank you for all your e-mails. Von has returned in his third story, which I plan on releasing a chapter each week (as long as I can keep ahead of the editors). Thus far I have twelve chapters ready and edited. I particularly appreciate those readers that notice a word usage error and take the time to point it out, so I can correct it. Again, thank you for your support and encouraging words.
Storytelling is fun, but editing isn't. I Soooo appreciate the hours all the editors have taken to assist with the story, they are my heroes. All mistakes are mine.
Thank you for all your e-mails encouraging me to talk about the next story in the Castaway saga. I am writing it actively and the third story will be begin its release once I have twelve chapters in the bag. Currently, chapter six is with the finish editor, and I am eleven pages into chapter seven's rough draft.
Why is "12" chapters the magic number? First, I'd like to have a release schedule that is a chapter each week. Second, building in a delay stops me from rushing the quality of the story. Third, I am less likely to kick myself if I get further in the tale and wish I'd foreshadowed something or tuck a detail in that would help beef up a character or an experience.
I think about the story every day and often make quick notations or write bits of dialogue on a notepad while working and waiting for the company's server to clock while it processes some application; and other times I write some thoughts during lunch. In the end, I am enjoying learning how to write stories and Castaway is my primary training ground for more erotic works.
Thanks again for you continued interest and patience.
Feral
