I have decided to add an additional pen name for new stories not in Von's universe, which will have no sex or minimal sex.

I want to thank all of you for all your supportive e-mails and your voting for Explorer (book 2 of Von's adventure). I am in the beginning stages of outlining and note taking for book three.

"Dragons and Coal Cinders" is my version of a fantasy, steampunk style story. It will be about six or seven chapters, so not very long. Once again, without Mr. Wolf, Derek and Erik as editors, I wouldn't be posting.

Just a quick thank you to my readers that have voted for Castaway : Explorer as best sci-fi story. I just noticed your selection tonight!

Chapter 25 is in editing and will be released soon. Thus ends another story about Von Solon. I had fun writing book two and it calls for a book three; however, I need a rest from the story, so I do not anticipate starting to think about it until next year.

I want to write other stories, perhaps a few that I can show my family but those will go under a different pen name. Feral Lady needs to have her wicked thoughts expressed, so other stories of this sort will no doubt follow. Yet, for now I am toying with an idea that will not fit under Feral Lady.

Thank you for your many e-mails that have helped, supported and encouraged me. They have given me confidence and energy to write more.

The next two chapters are in the hands of my editors. Once the drafts move through their hands I will release them. My target is to release a chapter a week on Fridays, but "life happens" sometimes and it might be longer--work and family needs trump my writing. And editors do work and go on vacation too.

As always, I appreciate notes that pointing out a typo or word misuse, etc. My editors provide their time freely with encouragement and ideas; I am in their debt for making my story better; but, errors are my responsibility.

I am dealing with some health issues with my mother and that has slowed the writing down. My goal is now a chapter ever two weeks. I am doing my best to juggle life; and I thought you should knew Von is still active and working to get home. We just have to deal with a slower release schedule.
