Must say I'm a little dissapointed. Oh well, The Runesmith Chronicles: Oni and the Farmer will be completed later this year. Hope for the next one I guess. :)
Been working on Chapter 11 most of the day, looks like this might end up being close to 20 pages long (MS Word), so I'm going to pack it in for the night and welcome the new year by sawing logs.
On a side note, sometime in January I plan on posting revisions of the first few chapters of The Runesmith Chronicles. Just improvements in grammar and punctuation as well as removing stray words that got left in from editing and rewording a sentence here and there to improve flow. No new content so you won't be missing anything if you choose not to peruse them again. However, if you do, they should be easier and more pleasant reading than the originals
It Sunday and noone so far has mentioned my little nod to Hellsing: Abridged in TRC Chapter 9. I must say, I'm surprised. XD
Since I posted Chapter 9 earlier this week than normal I just wanted to make sure everyone knew there is a new installment.:)
Last post I was hoping to release a chapter Christmas day, I should'a kept my fool mouth shut. My muse has had me in a strangle hold the the last few days and now 10 is going to be my longest chapter yet. Still not TSM level but about twice as long as chapters up to now.
Muse: There! Stop there! The scene is perfect the final phrase is perfect, just walk away.
Me: But... but... they're about to get it on! She climbed up and sat down on it in the last paragraph! I can't leave my readers like thatI
Muse: Yes you can! You set it up perfectly! Just let their imaginations fill in what happens next it'll probably be better than what you write.
Me: You are right it probably will be, but my readers want and like the sexy times so I'm giving them sexy times
Me:(writes sexy times)
Me:There! And the chapter had a good finishing point too!
Muse:Fuck you.
(I hope other authors can relate XD)
