There may be some additional delay before my next story is posted. My wife just went to the hospital because of suspected COVID-19. I have no other report yet. I just don't feel like writing at this time.
I don't know how it happened, but my membership mail address got fouled up and I could not check in as aubie56. I tried to get around the problem by registering as DougL. One story has been posted under that author name, but I hope that the problem has been fixed. If the problem has actually been fixed, I will go back to signing in as aubie56. Wish me luck.
The title says it all. A friend once said to me, "The advantage of being Jewish is that I get two sets of holidays in December."
I just got a note from a moderator that my story, "I'm Guilty and Proud of It" won't be published on SOL after all! In it, a 12 year old girl is raped, and that violates the sites publishing rules about sex and the age of the participants.
I guess that will keep most of my stories off the site. I don't know what I will do now, except that I will not be posting for a while longer.
Does this fall into the case of Political Correctness carried to its absolute limits?
