I suppose that most of you are as tired of this kind of report from me as I am of writing it, but I just wanted to say that I am back after spending over a week in the hospital. That was why I was late posting my chapters.

This time I got an honest statement from the medical personnel: "We don't know what was wrong with you, but we agree that you were very sick!"

My posting may become very erratic for a while until I get some strength back. Right now, I get very tired just sitting in a chair at my computer. Nobody knows how long that nonsense will last. I just hope that you will be patient with me.

First of all, I want to thank those of you who wrote to me with good wishes for my surgery.

Everything seems to have gone well, and I truly can see a lot better with the new lens. I don't need reading glasses if I close my left eye, but I can't keep that up for long. I can hardly wait the three weeks for the next operation.

It seems like most of my blogs lately have dealt with my medical history. Well, here is another one. On Monday, 1/28/2013, I am scheduled to have cataract surgery in my right eye. My reason for mentioning it is that it may wind up causing me to be late posting the next chapter of Waterfall Keep. If it does, I will return to posting as soon as I can manage it.
