Just a lil' update.

Chapter 58 of Mayhem in a Pill is with the final editors. So if you want to get ready for it, go ahead and reread chapter 57 just to immerse yourself in the waters of Lake Minnetonka. (Sorry bout that, I've been listening to a lot of Prince lately. No real reason, just because you should. It's good for ya!)

Or maybe even read more of it. You know for purification purposes.

Alright, the moment has come.

Chapter 57 of Mayhem in a Pill has been submitted for posting. A little later than I thought it would be posted. But that was totally the author's fault because of a last-second change of character, that caused a major rewrite for about 40% of the entire freakin' chapter!

But it is finished and I really believe it worked out better than the original chapter I was going to send to my editors. That one was almost boring when I read it myself!

So read. Enjoy. Try not to be bored.

Good Grief!

I finished my dessert so I'll go finish the next chapter of Mayhem tonight or early tomorrow and get it to the editors.

Damn my jealousy! But they say it's good to have goals.

I am currently re-reading Refusenik's Island Mine. (It's an attaboy to myself for working so hard on Mayhem.) Anyways, it still hits me how much I love that story like when Waylon and the captured SEALs get a phone call from Waylon's dad, I swear I could hear the moans of the everyone in the hanger along with my own.

Ugh.

I wish I can write that well someday.

Just a quick update on the next chapter, I would have released it last week but I decided to make a change from one character to another after I realized I just didn't want to get rid of that character just yet. I felt there should be a happy ending for him when we leave him.

So that is adding a little bit of time before posting. I will finish the chapter probably in the next couple of days and then the editing takes about a week or so. It takes a long time to make sense outta the expository diarrhea that flows from my keyboard.

Just a little update about Maayyyhem! (Think Jack and Diane.)

I got an email from a friend who knows how much a fan of the movie I am but, "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" is on Youtube and it's for free.

I know it doesn't really have anything to do with this website, but I figure anyone would like a good deal and a good laugh.

Just run a search on Youtube and you should be able to find it. I'd give you a link but I figure you guys could get it yourselves!
