Nice thing about editing, is it takes less time then writing. I've so far gotten chapters 1-4 edited and reposted to the queue. Again, as I stated in my previous blog this is just an editing clean up for those chapters that need it, not a change to the story in any way. So if you've already read them don't feel like you need to go back and read them again, you won't be missing anything.

Over the next day or two I am going to be reposting a good portion of the story's early chapters. For those of you who may not have started reading it, you'll get the benefit of things being a little more cleaned up from continuity or grammatical errors I had initially. The changes aren't going to change the story in any way, just clean it up and make it an easier read. So for those of you who are up to date with the story, you won't be missing anything if you don't go back to re-read, the story will just flow better. In retrospect hopefully this also means that my future chapters will be better as a whole, too. We'll have to see how that goes, though. Hopefully I can do the updates within the next day, then start on chapter 17 after that. I'd like to think they won't take too long, since I'm just tweaking things.

Chapter 16 has been submitted. I'll probably begin work on 17 tonight. My thanks for the positive feedback I've been getting. It means a lot, especially as a first time author.

I know that it's not uncommon for authors to not allow biting until a story is complete. Obviously however I have and from the beginning. I just ask that the votes be based on what you are getting from the story. As stated in the description, the sex is a dude of the story, not a focus. So please keep that in mind accordingly. If you vote low, vote because you do not like how the story is going, not sure to the low amount of sex. This is based on real life for me, not what I wished it had been.
Also, be advised that the next chapter is going to be slow. The largest part of it is in setting up school beginning and the summer ending. I am already in the middle of writing it and should have it submitted over the next probably two days, though I am hoping closer to one day.

Ok, so there was only a minor delay in my starting the next chapter. What can I tell you, it's how things go. I'm currently in the middle of writing it, so as I get this chapter covered and the proof-read it will be posted, probably within the next week at least, though hopefully sooner. Going forward I'm going to be setting a goal to put out a chapter every two weeks at the least. I would think that should be pretty reasonable. My work schedule might even cooperate, I'm starting shift work now, where I'll be working 12 hour days, but 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off, etc. I do want to offer thanks again for those fans who haven't given up on my writing after the long break. For those new to the story, welcome and I hope you enjoy. Constructive criticism is always welcome. Yes, I'm aware there are numerous grammatical or just outright flow problems (minor on the flow, at least to my knowledge). I do have a plan to eventually go back and scrub the story, fixing those problems, I just have to debate on whether to do it mid-story or wait until I've got it finished and do a 'fresh' edit of things at that point. Any requests on that note, please let me know. It won't be anything that will change the actual story, just clean up the reader's experience and decrease the frustration level.
