Life got in the way and I missed my Wednesday posting date. To make up for my mistake, and since one of the chapters is so short, I submitted two chapters while at work (IT work gets done at midnight when servers are involved).
Ok, chapter 1 ended on a cliff hanger and I can’t have that. Chapter two of Club Velvet 2 has been submitted for posting. It finishes chapter 1.
With the two postings going up today, the first book of the Club Velvet series is now complete. There are two more complete books of Frank and his business done and ready to be read. Thank you to those of you who have read book 1, I am glad that you have read it. It means a lot to me knowing people are reading my words. Take care and book 2 will begin on Wednesday.

Just a quick note before I post the next chapter of Club Velvet this morning. When I was writing it, I found myself unsure of how to handle a particular moment—one of the characters gets hurt. It’s an accident (no spoilers!), but I had to decide whether to go the sci-fi healing route or stick with something more realistic.
You’ll see the direction I chose when you read it.

I'm sorry it's late, but chapter 18 is on the way for tonight's reading. This is a long chapter, which fells pretty good when you read it. I do hope that everyone is enjoying this story, because there is more. Books 2 and 3 are done and the forth book is being written.
