Hello, readers.
Sorry for not posting over the weekend — the holiday threw off my schedule, and a few things slipped through the cracks. Another chapter of Book 3 is queued to go up today. I’ve also received many emails about grammar errors in Books 2 and 3, and I’ll be using December to fix and update those. Thank you to the kind-hearted readers who reached out with corrections. I work hard to catch mistakes before posting, but I still miss some. I appreciate everyone who has taken the time to point them out; as I said, December will be my month to clean things up.
That means I’ll begin posting Book 4 in January. It wraps up what I feel is a strong series while still leaving the door open for a potential Book 5 — if I can find the right idea. We’ll see what 2026 brings.

Sonnet: O Circle Sweet, Delight of Morning Light
O circle sweet, thou halo of delight,
Thy golden crust doth glow at morning’s rise.
Within thy core, a hole — yet no less right —
Thy sugared skin dost blind the sleepiest eyes.
From sailor’s hand, thy holy shape was cast,
To cook thee true, with center left to spare.
Yet thou didst roll through time, from first to last,
With sprinkles crowned like gems beyond compare.
Thou need’st no cause but hunger to inspire,
No royal plate to earn thy sugared throne.
Thy powdered grace, thy chocolate-cloaked attire,
Could rouse a soul the coffee left alone.
O donut dear, thy joy shall never cease —
For in thy ring, the world finds bite-sized peace.
I missed my Wednesday posting schedule and for that I am very sorry. Today I submitted a chapter for Club Velvet and Society. Thank you to everyone that has reached out to me about these stories, it makes me feel good knowing there are people out there actually ready my work. Thanks everyone. More to come later.
