Holy shit.

Both seem to be doing really well, I've had a lot of nice comments with both and some really, really constructive criticism which I'm pleased about. New World was run through by my editor NNPDAD, check out his work as well and I’m pleased with how five has turned out. Yes, I got a thing for game of thrones, if you know House of the dragon, you’ll get the scissoring reference hehehe. I am working on other stuff and will post as and when I get around to it. NNPDAD has six, and I will probably post it sometime next week. I plan on doing ten chapters then having a break from New World and see what happens in the new year! If all goes to plan, this will be my first completed story. Glad you’re all enjoying it!

I’m still looking for suggestions on the whole plant thing with New World, based on the Shield heroes, shields ability to improve plants. Let me know what you think! I don’t want it to be a new ring, because I’ll end up looking like Thanos or the Mandarin. “They’ll never see me coming.”

I love Isekai stories, I didn't know that was what they were called and after doing some research have found a load. Turns out anime is huge on them. I recently found one, gardening in another world or something like that lmao. Thermae Romae Novae and Shield hero are all examples of this. I'm a bit late to the party as it were, but it combines my three favourite genres, fish out of water, do over, fantasy setting.

I'm trying to find any information on this and improving medicine potions, because there's very little to go. I wanted to do a sort of RPG mechanic where James uses 'something' to improve plants, whatever plant it comes into contact with. So for example, this could be used for farming on the homestead? Or collecting specific herbs for medicine and improving them.

I'm glad you all like it. I have chapters five and six completed and sitting in my editors inbox, once edited and done I'll post weekly. My thanks to NNPDAD and his ever lasting patience and dealing with my constant bullshit.
