Metahuman Union — A Universe from the Mind of Dan Bayou

Set mostly in an alternate universe's version of modern times, it chronicles the lives of various supers. The Union is a loose organization of all registered Metas that has both heroes and villains, as well as everyone in between. Originally formed by Master Villain and meta-rights activist Cypher as a method to protect the less powerful among them, it has grown to be as virtually mandatory as voter registration since its founding in 1917, after the horrors the 'Super Draft' lead to during World War 1.
