Now imagine a site in this darkweb where people buy and sell blackmail material... The premise is simple, somebody finds a way to blackmail a person. Instead of blackmailing them directly, they put the relevant information on a website and hand the victim a weblink and a code. That person's blackmail is sold for money to someone else, who the victim must please in order to get out of their predicament...
