Bitch in Time — A Universe from the Mind of Anne N. Mouse

This is an alternative universe where a(or several)future genetically altered dogs slip through time to the past. The dogs are able to understand more language than normal dogs, are sterile due to the gene manipulation and able to speak actual information not trained noises if a person concentrates on listening to them.
