A baseball story from T-ball to majors. Since I love baseball, the Muse was yelling in my ear so here is some fun from/for me. There is a plot that develops so it's not all sex especially in the later chapters.

This is a very entertaining read. Yes, it is a baseball players story first. And everything else second.
Yes, it does run into fantasy on the playing ability side of things. That takes nothing away from the story.
And while it may help if you are a Rays fan. It is not required.
Since it is a forgone conclusion that the Angels are going to win the AL this year. I still like the Rays because of their Scioscia protege Madden is Manager.

This is a baseball story, first and foremost. Take it as such.
The Bad:
It's a baseball story; if you don't like those, you won't like this. Minimal romance, but it's about baseball. Minimal character development, but it's about baseball. It ends at the end of the season, but that's how baseball works.
The Good:
Likable main character. Good supporting cast. Great baseball story.
In the end, if you like baseball stories, or think you might, this is one to take a good long look at.
