There's a vibe that MisguidedChild captures in his first outing at storiesonline, "Getting Out the Kinks." It's a lascivious, blue collar, edge-of-society mood that's erotically irresistable, and turns the little one-scene story into a fine stroke piece.
"Kinks" is a slow-but-deliberate build, with elements of incest, the corruption of innocence and exploitation. They're all tied up neatly in the character of Vicky, the protagonist's sister-in-law, who'd do anything for a buck, but needs her lust sated as well. There's nothing too subtle here, and the reader will easily see where the story's heading, but that doesn't make it any less fun.
The only complaint is that MisguidedChild didn't take the narrative at least a little farther. It's hard to imagine someone like Vicky not exploiting any advantage she has over someone. There'd certainly be room for a sequel.
