Take a woman, in her teens when this black hat/ white hat saga that aubie writes so well, takes place, in an effort to maintain her dignity in a macho world where women were expected to be baby making machines and to die at the old age of forty, or fifty if she is lucky, and juggles her skill with firearms, a lover, and a profession,in an era when Texas was a fledgling state, and Oklahoma was a lawless Territory.
This is not a stroke story, and it annoys me that the voting system is immediately biased against the score.
Enough said!
