I think the scores I've given this story might be misleading to some; technically it was actually fairly good, but considering the short length to the story, the errors that jumped out were more frequent than if the same number had been in a far longer piece. As for the appeal score, I'm not terribly fond of stories in which the main characters are cheated on, or in which the appropriate codes (in this case, at the very least, BBW) are not listed.
That out of the way, I thought the characters were interesting, well-developed and well written. The plot was a simple romance with a few unique twists, and the story was fairly sweet.
I'd suggest this one to people looking for a basic, realistic romance featuring average normal people, especially to readers with a fondness for Downey-esque stories. Those looking for stroke, fabulous characters, or intricate plots should look elsewhere, though.
