The first time I read Eternal Toilet Slave, it was somewhat accidental. At the time, scat was one of my squicks. I'm not really sure how or why I ended up reading this story. Despite my squick, I enjoyed reading it. This story is directly responsible for killing my scat quick (in fiction only).
The story focuses on what is done to the main character and how helpless he is to do anything about it. Hungry Guy places no emphasis on plot development and uses rather 1-dimensional characters. This makes Eternal Toilet Slave a poor story choice for regular reading and likely contributes to its low rating.
These factors should not be considered flaws, however. They have the useful effect that the story requires very little thought or mental attention on the part of the reader. Such lack of distraction from the stroke content of the story, combined with good pacing and length, make Eternal Toilet Slave a perfect stroke story.
Those with an interest in non-consensual bondage or toilet slaves should definitely give Eternal Toilet Slave a read.
Note that the focus on the main character's perspective will likely make it easier for readers to fantasize about being the protagonist. Non-submissive will find it more difficult to enjoy this story.
