If you enjoy adventure, action, and suspense, this story will keep you on the edge of your seat. It has all the elements of the old West with just the right blend of ingredients to dazzle your reading pleasure.
The author does an excellent job describing the characters, bringing them alive like on a theater screen. He also sprinkles scenes with minutiae of the times, like the type of guns used and revenge inflicted by the Indians, that give the story a historical perspective. Even an anthropological one.
Although the underlying impetus of the story is to rescue a kidnapped girl, it’s how our hero is able to overcome challenges along the way to achieve his mission. That’s what makes this story flow with adrenaline without hiccups or moments of boredom.
I encourage you to sit back and allow yourself to be entertained.
