The Arcadian Empire — A Universe from the Mind of Lee Chambers

When magic was first discovered, mages were paranoid and greedy with their power and battled each other for knowledge, power, and control of the land. Eventually these battles escalated into the War of the Magi which ended when a terrible catastrophe nearly destroyed the entire world. From the ashes rose a new order led by the mages Oberon and Titania, who formed the Arcadian Empire and united the people under one banner. They believed that magic was the birthright of every person and with the unification they worked to spread it's use among all people. Thousands of years later the empire has grown strong through it's ideals and the advancement of the science and the art of magic. Though faced with many enemies from without and within, the mages who rule and guard over the realm stand ready for the challenges that await them.
