Its 1960 and a young city girl is interned to an English Country Manor as a nursemaid. It’s all strangely different from what she expected, until something very much more sinister is uncovered.

A high school boy, Luca Carté, is transported to a world of demi-humans after finding a mysterious book. In this world, he gains the strongest bloodline and must save girls whose powers are destroying them. Completing this mission will earn him a wish that can grant anything.

One of a series of super short stories. The rule is a maximum of 1000 words. "From the wild" is set in the 1700's on a plantation. The slaves were encouraged to breed, children born into slavery were cheaper than buying them in. Most often, the couples were kept separately on different plantations so that, when they did come together, a child was almost inevitable. It is an ideal theatre for the werewolf to chose her next victim.
