Father's been away 3 years. His young family's meeting him at the airport. --- Bad Fred, said --- It's poignant, and you hit the right notes. If I didn't know it was your story and trust you, I would have drifted away in the first few paragraphs. It moved slowly. It was lovely, but it wasn't hitting my "what happens next?" buttons. Well, until the end when it all comes together. Readers who stick with it will be rewarded. Set in Australia.

Reeling in the wake of a tragic death and an infinitely complicated visitor from the past, Rose calls on a friend to help lift (and drink) her spirits. But instead of comfort, she's faced with one shocking revelation after another.
This is a short story of one man's journey and discovery of the world of dreams. I may write in this realm in the future if the comments and voting warrants it. There are no graphic scenes of sex, though it is mentioned. I have tried to minimalize those scenes as much as possible.
A Poppy and Belle Story Starting immediately after Force of Nature, we get the family's reaction to Jeremy's revelation, along with the other events of the day. *Please read Force of Nature first*
An I've Been Everywhere Story (1) Part of the I've Been Everywhere universe
[Formerly ‘I’ve Been Everywhere’] Johnny had lead an incredible life, as a hobo, a small business owner, and a farmer, seeing much of the country, and experiencing things few men do. He’s loved many women, had many children, and also experienced horrific losses and great pain. Ride with him on life’s 36 year rollercoaster of adventure, fun, and romance.
A short story about the arrival of a new vampire to town, the fun and outgoing David, as seen through the eyes of his long-time pen pal, the gloomy (and thirsty) recluse Ashley. David is eager to meet her, but it turns out that she may have exaggerated a few details about herself, and sprinkled a few teeny tiny lies in there too. Surely this will not result in a horrible misunderstanding. Surely.
A Wonders of My World Story (3) Based on a true story! Two things are indisputably true: 1) I took a trip around the world. 2) Alice thought I was having the time of her life. This is the story Alice wanted to hear about my travels through Asia and Europe. Only the names, places, and events have been changed to protect me--I mean, the innocent--and to keep several beautiful women from hunting me down to tell the world I'm a liar! Or worse. There are no cliffhangers.
