This is a 'character description' of a role in a screen play entitled 'The Old Reality Bar & Grill' of which you have been seeing bits and pieces in Chronological Order. The 'First Contact' story is also part of this Universe, but that 'the first human to talk to an alien in public' disclaimer is true only because the air traffic controller was unaware that his transmissions with the craft were being broadcast world wide.
