John White Wolf Oglethrope is half Indian by blood but all Apache by temperment. His parents died at the instigation of Cyrus Harkins. White Wolf is trained as an Apache warrior and vows revenge on Harkins when he becomes an Apache adult at the age of 13. She takes her cousin up on an offer of a vacation to a remote island off the coast of Puerto Rico. When she meets the handsome and much younger driver who works for her cousin, her vacation in solitude suddenly has a temptation she finds hard to resist.
A man's hand is forced, and he must move on. For a time he is subject to things imposed upon him. Eventually he regains control and obtains a measure of satisfaction.
A humourous fantasy novel about time travel and some mild science fiction with special attention to their impact on human interactions. There are no descriptions of sex scenes as such but the last two chapters are quite erotic in an off-beat way.
