Every community has one, larger communities may have several, but if you look closely, you will find the Wallflower. They are friendly yet quiet, seemingly self-contained, seldom sitting in a group although not always alone, and never the center of attention. They are pretty, they are not, they are plain, mysterious, tall, short, slender and not so slender, but without exception, they know they are a Wallflower.

A runaway boy and an orphan girl dream of one another. They feel a strange connection. Is it a dream, or is it real? A wrinkled, old woman with a heavenly voice gives the boy shelter. He grows to manhood and helps the old woman search for the heir to a magical crystal bracelet that holds the power over storms and rainbows along with many secrets. And, where there is power, there are those that covet it and will do anything to make it their own, which is exactly what an ancient evil plans to do.

This story in in response to a reader's inquiry about Rachel and Sergio's story. I never dreamed that someone would be asking about their story when I posted Em and Nicola's story. Anyway, I hope everyone enjoys this tale of love between the most reluctant K-9 officer and the hot blooded Italian that pursues her.

Biology classes were never like this, teacher gets a number of students to help as anatomy models and pushes limits but it ends up bringing one of them the love of his life.
