This is the story of Mary O’Donnell, a story of survival against terrible odds. Using her wits and her ability to adapt, to do whatever it takes to survive, she overcomes obstacles and triumphs over adversity.

Orphan Talia meets Paul and two other entering college students (all age 19). All four become roommates/family in Paul’s Victorian nearby. Past neglect and chronic illness have impaired Talia’s physical/social development, but medical help and Paul’s support overcome her deficits and they become lovers and partners. Hot weather means less clothing and more sex. A gorgeous photographer (Sheila) joins the household. In her studio she creates explicit albums of couples making love.

The story is about a teenage girl named Wendy Ann Ingrid Farrell, nicknamed "Waif," who has recently turned 18. She has been battling a blood and bone marrow disease but is currently in remission due to successful treatments involving stem cell transfusions from her twin sisters. However, the treatment has halted her physical development, leaving her with the body of an 11-year-old despite her actual age.

Karla Rankle defies a clothing mandate, choosing a lifetime of nudity. Facing legal battles and societal judgments, she and her husband Keith embrace their unique lifestyle, ultimately finding acceptance and raising their daughter, Emma, in a nurturing environment of self-acceptance and love. The story spans years, highlighting their unwavering commitment to authenticity.
