The Civil War had already started out here in the West, and Billy gets caught up in a private war of extermination. This story is about the Wild West that nurtured the likes of Jesse and Frank James. The dialog has dialect, but the rest of the story does not, so it should be easy to read. There is no overt sex, but they characters do talk about it.
Beware of what you desire, you may get it. That cautionary statement certainly applies to this young married couple, naive to the ramifications of playing a flirting game with strangers. It's a story of what happens when they embark on a spur-of-the moment adventure while on vacation...with unintended results!
