A Story in the The Amulets of Power Universe
At the end of Amulets V, Mike is warned that he isn't finished yet. After allowing Chanthra and him to find a house-girl. the three of them are sent out on the mission to the Golden Triangle that the Amulets have assigned them. In Chiang Rai, their destination is changed from the capital of the Golden Triangle to the District of Sing in Northern Laos where Mike joins a group set on destroying an opium factory.
This was a short story in the head but turned out to be over 30,000 words. More farm kids but different. Hope you all enjoy although there are dark parts. Happy Valentine's Day.
