This is the story of the shaman, Glade, and her apprentice, Ivory. It is the tale of two women's lives in Ice Age Europe and Africa. Life in the Ice Age isn't easy. It isn't only due to the frozen climate in which Mammoths and Cave Lions thrive where humans struggle to survive. There are people from the Mammoth Hunters' tribe and beyond who are keen to take advantage of a shaman from another land and an apprentice who is as yet innocent of the ways of the world.

Ali is the first one to snatch and imprison him, though, and to weave an atmosphere of want around the boy to prepare him for his first time.

This story is a spin off from my original series, Danville Divorced Bitches Club. Much remains the same but there have been some changes in characters as well as the direction of the story. This arc is meant to stand alone but, if you haven't read it, I would suggest you do read Danville Divorced Bitches Club in order to get a good understanding of the background, specifically the bugs and their effects on the characters. A Story in the Kobekistan Universe
In this new book set in Kobekistan the Emir discovers that one of his daughters is a genius, and decides to encourage her. The tale of her adventures, and those of a white girl she meets at Oxford University, tells of the culture clash between the absolute rule of an Emirate and Western civilization, especially in the owning, use and punishment of slaves. For those who have not yet discovered Kobekistan, it is recommended that you read 'Absolute Delights' first.

A last minute change of plans and two female teachers chaperone four teenage boys on a one week trip to a cabin in the woods. There is fishing, boating, swimming, campfires and hiking to reward the boys for getting good grades. At least that was the plan and what they told everybody when they got back.
