While I do my best to honor the original story of Batman, I admit that it has my personal flair in it that you may notice if you're familiar with my work. I used AI to help me refine the book, but the dialogue, plot, and tone are all mine. I've always loved Batman and wanted to write my own fanfic that includes Gotham's full story and his legend. A Linkage Story The Waiter's Tale sheds light on the life of the Chevalier and introduces characters pivotal to the story arc(!). The story contains a lot of travel and fornication, although much of the latter is noises off so to speak. There are also gobbets of history, music, and film talk. Threading through the tale is what could be considered a coming of age story. Judge for yourselves, although the first two stories in the Linkage series (both very short) will need to be read to make sense of this story.
A Tiger Team Story Following nearly being Court-martialed because of the results of their mission to Parthas, Tiger Team and the other members of First Mobile Headquarters Team are scheduled for a number of schools while the Partners have their young. There are several incidents while Tiger Team attends school and a few surprises afterwards before they receive their next assignment, which is to stop the guerrilla activity on Owen's World. The situation there turns out to be very different from what they were told.
