Sometimes for the right people Christmas wishes really do come true. Sort of a sequel to 'Heart Condition' featuring many of the same characters. This is a stand alone story but it will be easier to understand the background if you read 'Heart Condition' first (and maybe 'Concordia') / (Reviews)

Did Gutenberg leave a secret? Just months before the famous Bible that bears his name was finished, Johannes Gutenberg was sued by his partner for misappropriating funds to a private enterprise. When Gutenberg refused to share the secret project, the court awarded the entire Bible-printing operation to Johan Fust, leaving Gutenberg with nothing but his secret. Two rare-book librarians are unlikely heroes as the race to find and preserve the legendary book.

A Beach House Story
This is a fictional, coming of age story. A good friend and mentor shared it with me and I wrote it with the goal of sharing some of the lessons he learned long ago. I tried to keep it as close to the true story as possible without compromising the identities of anyone in it. With no way to escape, he must contend with nightmarish horrors, hostile lands, and seductive forest folk if he wants to make it out alive.

A Story in the Anthony Carter Universe
Thomas and Mirabel are finally reunited when the catastrophic crop failures of 1816 require him to protect his estate from looming starvation. He also becomes popular as an anti-slavery writer and is sent to the Barbary Coast again to battle his arch enemy's successor. Interesting times, indeed.
