This short story is a spinoff from the prior story "An Administrator" and is about a man who approves small business loans. This story can stand alone but it also contains some bits and pieces from other stories. While there is a little sex that is not the main theme of this story. If that is what the reader is looking for please look elsewhere and don't bother to read this story.
The Hoyt and Maclaren firm has international product holdings, but under the surface, it also runs male brothels worldwide.
